As an interested party I wonder if you could ask any of your readers if they know the whereabouts of the former owners of Helicopter Days, aka Biggin Hill Helicopters, in Kent in the UK and how to contact them.

I have been interested in the US debate over the bankruptcy of Silver State Helicopters and the disposal of their assets in the boneyard in Texas and I wondered if anyone knew exactly how the two cases differ. I am also curious to know what, if any, regulation the JAA/FAA/EASA plan to put in place to prevent these kinds of problems happening in the future, and innocent students and workers suffering from a school’s demise...
